Having been vegan for four years, I definitely would not have survived without a few great baked-goods recipes. I found that one of the biggest struggles with vegan baking was getting enough moisture and making sure everything held together well. After years of trial and error, I think I’ve perfected a few recipes that are delicious, satisfying, and worth making again. Each recipe includes a 1–5 chef-hat rating to show its difficulty level: 1 chef hat means beginner-friendly, while 5 chef hats means more challenging.
